And we can get them all the same way.  All we have to do is say, “We’re not going to put up with it any more!”

The change from pure science to political science has invaded college atmospheric science classes.

I fear its always been thus.  From the time of Aristotle through Di Vinci right up the present day politics has always been the overriding influence with science.  In days of yore it could cost your head to go against the current political fashion.  Now days you’re just marginalized, maybe lose your tenure, or set up to be a laughingstock if you violate current political thought.  And that my friends is why I take with a grain of salt what most ‘experts‘ say about anything.  Are they saying it because its true or because they’re saving their asses?

You know as a matter of routine security the Intel agencies polygraph their people. I’m all for doing this on a quarterly basis for all elected officials  Fed, state, and local. They don’t want to submit to this then they can resign and we’ll move on.
