And this attitude displayed by the French is one of the reasons that my ancestors Left Europe over 200 years ago. Equal treatment before before the law should be a must. I realize that’s a real ‘blue eyed’ outlook, but thats the way it should be.

The way I see is like this. Then the Repub’s are in power they don’t know how to govern and quickly descend into chaotic behavior marked by a lot of infighting within the party. When the Dem’s are in power they’re wild to govern and want to govern everything. The Dem’s then quickly bite off more than they can chew and prove that can’t govern either. Some say we need a new 3rd party. I don’t thing thats going to work as you’d just have people from the established party’s taking the 3rd party over and nothing would change. I think the best option is to have government (Political Party’s) do only what the US Constitution says it/they should do and do that well. (The US Post Office for example) That’s something we’ve never had.

In Massachusetts, bureaucrats have relabeled babysitters as “educators,” and are attempting to bury them in state mandated paperwork.

I’m still waiting for someone to point out a government mandated program that actually has lived up to the hype that its been given. Government by the nature of the beast is wasteful, stringent in attitude, and completely blissful ignorant of any criticism.

Groups decry police response to protesters at G-20

Let’s examine this so called protest. Yes ‘American citizens’ have the right of peaceful protest. Not all the protesters were/are American citizens. The protest was not peaceful. Acting like frigging wild animals is in no way peaceful. And finally what did the protest accomplish? Outside of pissing off the people who live in and work in Pittsburgh PA, not a damn thing.  The protesters were lucky that this was held in the US and not say in China.  If it had been held in China we’d be short several thousand protesters today.
