The Stimulus was a disaster of a bill that no one bothered to read and was rammed down the nations throats. Of course it gave us the stupid issues such as the AIG bonuses and the money was doled out using formulas that tended to reward the affluent over the needy and is being used by the Federal Government to reward interest groups at the cost of state governments.
Now its becoming clear it was worse then thought:

The nation is being looted by its elected leaders and no one really knows who’s getting what and how much of what, as the powers that be won’t tell us.  Gee I wonder why?
