Given that fact that there are thousands of innocent people in prison, the case in NC where a prosecutor was attempting to railroad some college students in a rape case that turned out to be false I give the proposal a resounding ‘YES!’  However don’t look for the USSC to rule against prosecutors, as judges are as guilty of ‘clearing the books’ at any price as the prosecutors and cops are.
