I Am Proud to Be a Conservative

I make no bones about it I’m a ‘hard core Conservative’. I believe that the US Constitution says what it says and no interpretation is necessary. I believe what is mine is mine and no one else has a claim on it. I believe in guns and guts to defend what is mine. I make no apologies for any of this and I never will.

Nationalization Is Theft

I’m not going to pull and punches here (When Have I ever) and say that Socialists, Communists, Marxists, Progressives are nothing more than thieves dressed up in the garb of ‘Social Change’. We don’t need more thieves thank you very much, as the thieves we’ve been electing in the near past more than up to the task.

New Focus: Watching Others Work

Fed Defies Transparency Aim in Refusal to Disclose (Update1)

Quote: Nov. 10 (Bloomberg) — The Federal Reserve is refusing to identify the recipients of almost $2 trillion of emergency loans from American taxpayers or the troubled assets the central bank is accepting as collateral.

Fed Chairman Ben S. Bernanke and Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson said in September they would comply with congressional demands for transparency in a $700 billion bailout of the banking system. Two months later, as the Fed lends far more than that in separate rescue programs that didn’t require approval by Congress, Americans have no idea where their money is going or what securities the banks are pledging in return.
