A look at a loser

So how’d that “compassionate conservatism,” that “new tone,” that “reaching across the aisle” bipartisan Maverickiness work out for you RINOs, anyway? Here’s how:
“A downturn in the number and percentage of Republican voters going to the polls seemed to be the primary explanation for the lower than predicted turnout,” the report said. Compared to 2004, Republican turnout declined by 1.3 percentage points to 28.7 percent, while Democratic turnout increased by 2.6 points from 28.7 percent in 2004 to 31.3 percent in 2008.
Maybe you Milquetoast Republicans ought to consider running a conservative next time around, huh?
Yeah, I know. That’s just crazy talk. The way to beat Democrats, according to you country-club geniuses, is not to offer a real alternative, but to emulate them.
Will GOP idiots learn the lesson at last? Or will it take yet another drubbing for it to finally penetrate meter-thick “moderate” skulls?
Conservatives are going to have to face the fact that not all Repub’s are real Conservatives and I dare say most of them aren’t real Conservatives. What’s the difference between a RINO and a Dem-Bulb? Three letters and a hyphen.
If Conservatives want Conservatives in office we’re going to have to kick the Repub’s to the curb before they run another bland as 1% milk candidate for POTUS. John McCain wasn’t just a bad choice he was the worst choice.
There is a theory going around that the Repub’s nominated McCain for POTUS knowing he didn’t have a snowballs chance in hell of winning because the Repub’s don’t want the coming ‘Depression of Apocalyptic Proportions’ to happen on their watch. Given the duplicitous nature of American politics I say that’s a valid theory.
