Today’s Tidbits
April 30th, 2008 . by BastiIt’s not like they had something better to do on the taxpayers’ dime.
You read day after day where some gremlin abuses their own children and the people who are tasked with looking into this and stopping it routinely drop the ball. Then you read the same day where a child is removed from the parents because of some B/S trumped up charge. It seems to me that government agency’s from the Fed’s on down don’t do a very good job at any task they have taken over and where child welfare is concerned they don’t have a clue.
Why have a ‘new contract with America’ when the ‘old contract with America’ was violated before the ink was dry on the contract? Words are words and actions are actions, less B/S words from politicians and real actions would be a refreshing change, but don’t hold your breath waiting for that to happen.
Quote: America owes a debt of gratitude to Rev. Wright–for being his egotistic, arrogant, extremist self in public now–instead of quietly retiring.
You have to say that Wright actually did something right. He exposed the ‘Stealth Muzzie Obama’ for what he is, an arrogant, self-serving, elitist, liar who will stick at nothing in his quest for power. I’m betting Obama wishes he had sold his wacko minster down the river before this fecal matter ever hit the fan.
How Do We Respond to the Budget Crisis?
We dither, raise old taxes, find new things to tax and blame the shortfall on a wide variety of cause and effect. At no time do we zero in on the real culprits such as: ‘Bloated payrolls, kickbacks, hiring unqualified people for the job, creating new positrons with inflated salaries for those who do nothing, and worst of all having government involved in things that are no business of government.’ It’s really very simple you have X amount of dollars coming in and you have Y amount of things you want to spend those dollars on. If X does not equal Y then you better start cutting Y. That’s the way it works for millions of families and that’s the way it should work for government.
NOW HIRING: Federal, state and local governments employing new workers at fastest pace in 6 years…
And how many of those who are being hired are qualified for the positions they will hold? I submit without even knowing any of those hired that less than 50% of those hired are qualified for their positions and even those qualified will do as little as possible. And we wonder why there is always a shortfall in the budget.
This is an easy fix. Just follow the campaign trail for POTUS in 2008 and in Washington D.C. Plenty of B/S laying around in those places and more being produced by the minute.
Rev. Wright ‘Didn’t Intend To Hurt Barack. He Loves Barack’…
Uh oh this doesn’t sound good for the ‘Stealth Muzzie’, as it sounds like a ‘vote of confidence’ and that’s what a losing football coach gets right before he gets fired.
FULL LIST: Ten Most Wanted Nazi War Criminals
WWII has been over nearly 63 years and all these ‘war criminals’ are all very old men if they are still alive. I know there is no statute of limitations on murder, but are resources wasted in an attempt to find old men who will soon be dead of old age anyway? Sometimes its just better to move on and get over it than it is to doggedly pursue something that if achieved won’t matter one iota in the long run.
