Crash Suspect Faces Fed Charges

Crash Suspect Faces Fed Charges

(Snip) Quote:    When ICE agents searched her home in Minneota last Friday, they found a Guatemalan birth certificate, a certified Guatemalan ID card for Franco, correspondence to and from Guatemala in the name of her parents, and numerous receipts showing money transfers to her mother in Guatemala, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said in a news release.

Authorities earlier said Franco is in the United States illegally.

The complaint against Sangabriel-Mendoza alleges he used the Social Security number of a Puerto Rican man to get work at two Minnesota companies.

An ICE affidavit alleges Sangabriel-Mendoza is a Mexican citizen who’s in the U.S. illegally. It says he married a U.S. citizen in 2004, but they divorced, so his petition for permanent residency was denied last September and he was given 30 days to leave the country.

During the search last Friday, ICE agents also found the Puerto Rican man’s birth certificate, as well as other documents, including a Minnesota driver’s license, a Mexican passport and a Mexican birth certificate in Sangabriel-Mendoza’s name.

There you go folks another wonderful example of what ‘our porous open door policy’ in regard to US borders and illegals has brought us.  Four children are dead that didn’t have to die because we can’t manage our borders, but we can spy on other Americans and harass other Americans at airports.  Department of Homeland Security my ass!  Locking the barn door after the horse has escaped isn’t going to cut it!

As for this woman what ever her name is lets try her for 1st degree homicide and then execute her!

I’m so angry over this I can barely type, as I know this incident is only the tip of a huge iceberg and the Fed’s are doing Jack to fix the problem!

Touch your privates in private, court tells Italian men

Just when you think that political correctness has reached its nadir, you find that you’re wrong again.  I look for crotch grabbing in American baseball and butt patting in American football to soon be banned as well.  However I wonder if bra adjusting by women will be given a free pass like breast feeding has been given.

Red Cross-Paid Wildfire Lodging Unused    Another reason to never have anything to do with the ‘Red Cross’!

Vermont Latest to Eye Lower Drinking Age    The legal drinking age in this nation should never have been raised back to the age of 21 in the first place.  At 18 you can enter into legal binding contracts, vote, and go to Iraq/Afghanistan and get your ass shot off, but you can’t have a drink of booze?  Yeah I’ve heard all the b/s by the ‘Bible Thumpers’, ‘MADD’, ‘SAD’, the insurance companies, and a dozen other acronyms and I don’t buy it!  In any event young people are going to consume booze no matter what you do to try to stop it.  I know my father did, I did, and my children did!  I despise the damned busybodies who are always sticking their long pointy pious noses into things that don’t concern them!  (In case you missed it, this issue really pisses me off)

‘I DON’T LIKE ENGLAND THAT MUCH’…    Words that should probably never have been reported, however true they are.  (Look for the fecal matter to hit the fan over this)Lawsuit: Company used waterboarding to motivate workers…     Anyone so feeble, cowardly, and stupid as to work for such a company deserves what they get.  (This reads like one of those BDSM novels you can get on-line)

Soldier Wins $1 Million, Still Plans to Return to Iraq for a 3rd Tour…    OOH RAH my kind of trooper.  (I don’t care how much money you have you can’t by the kind of high you get from combat.  Combat being the most exciting thing you can ever do while still wearing your clothes)

RAW: ‘Cage fighting’ slugs its way on to primetime TV…     I like cage fighting.  I don’t know if any of it is faked or not and I don’t care, I still like it.

Hillary plays gender card; ‘I just wish that it were a little more of an even playing field’…     Can we please stop using this tired old expression!  No playing field is ever level in any sport.  The center of the field is ‘always crowned’, otherwise water would never drain from the field.  When you ask for a ‘level playing field’ you’re actually asking for a ’swamp’.  Come to think of it that’s exactly what politics is a ‘filliping swamp’ full of creepy-crawlies.

ZOGBY: 70 percent of Americans believe MSM out of touch…     This means that at least 30% of Americans are as dumb as a bag of hammers.

KENYAN TRIBES RAGE AT HILLARY: COME CLEAN IN PIX SMEAR…     Mau Mau II poised for its American debut?  (Mau Mau II is playing to rave reviews in Africa right now)  Timeline: Mau Mau Rebellion link for Mau Mau I

Bush: USA Is Not Headed Into Recession…     Whistled the stammering nitwit as he walked by the graveyard at midnight.

Official Charged With Starving Horses…     I’ve said many times I don’t care much for people and this is one of the reasons I don’t care for them.  Suitable punishment for such a low-life scumbag would be to starve him for a few weeks or months or until he died from starvation, but that won’t happen, as it would be ‘inhumane’!

Tens of Thousands Await Pope’s U.S. Visit     If the CIC of the RCC was across the street I wouldn’t look out the window.

The Incredible Shrinking Bride     It’s called the ‘big day’ and her day’ and it drives families into serious debt.  Call me a cynic, (I am) but given the divorce rate coupled with the rate of people being married 2, 3, 4 or more times in a lifetime, what’s the big fuss about?  IMO, the wedding day is just another day that quickly fades into hazy memory.  The only evidence of that day are yellowing photos in an album stored in an attic some place that will be thrown out by someone who will say, “Damned if I know who they were.”  (I’ve been married nearly 42 years and I can barely remember getting married)

ATF seizes hundreds of guns from Gilbert business     The ATF is made up of jack-booted thugs.  You don’t think so?  Just look at Ruby Ridge and Waco TX for the evidence.

Study: Consumers Don’t Use Anti-Phishing Defenses     I never use this doo-dad, as I have it turned off.  I’ll decide what site I’ll use/look at and not some piece of software made by Microsoft.

Film a cop with a camera phone, go to jail
Like I keep saying we’re well on our way to a complete totalitarian state.  If the cops don’t want you taping/recording them, then they must be up to no good.

Bush thinks spied-on Americans should ’suck it up’?     Sieg Heil! The Cholesterol Con–Where Were the Doctors?     Quote:  But physicians, I firmly believe, are different from the folks employed by Merrill Lynch. (I don’t mean to knock people who work at ML. I am simply saying that they have a very different job description.)  When consulting with your doctor, you should not have to be wary. You are not a customer; you are a patient. And your physician is a professional who has pledged to put your interests ahead of his or her own. I of course don’t agree with the above quote in regards to being a customer versus being a patient nor about the doctor putting your interests ahead of his/hers.  Folks when you go to the doctor/hospital you’re just a series of numbers; SS#, insurance #, and so on until we get to the real #, the money #.  Health care is big business and drug companies, hospitals, and doctors are all in it for the money.  So I say you are a customer and not a patient and as such you should demand to know what is going on in detail and make your own decisions as to what options you’ll pay for and if the options don’t work as advertised demand your money back.  Auto companies can’t advertise options on a car that don’t work so why in the hell are drug companies, hospitals, and doctors allowed to do so?

Jan08 Northern Hemisphere snow cover: largest anomaly since 1966

Quote:

There have been a number of indications that January 2008 has been an exceptional month for winter weather in not only North America, but the entire Northern Hemisphere.

We’ve had anecdotal evidence of odd weather in the form of wire reports from Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and China where record setting cold and snow has been felt with intensity not seen for 30-100 years, depending on the region.

From our remote sensing groups, we have reports of significant negative anomalies in both the RSS and UAH global satellite data for the lower troposphere. The there’s NOAA’s announcement that January 2008, was below 20th century averages, plus news that Arctic sea ice has quickly recovered from the record low extent of Summer 2007.  Finally, there’s the massive La Nina said to be the driver of all this but may be a harbinger of a more permanent phase shift according to veteran forecaster Joe Bastardi.

Now to add to this, we have images and reports from NOAA and Rutgers University of large anomalies of snow cover extent for the northern hemisphere in January 2008.

First lets start with NOAA’s Snow and Ice chart for January 31st, 2008

Click the link at the top to see graphics and more text.  Weather it seems is still unpredictable and humans have no control over it, yet.  If we ever do have control over it, then we’ll all truly be up the creek without a paddle or boat for that matter.

replace it’s AK-47’s with M-16’s.  Not a good idea IMO.  The AK-47 isn’t as accurate as the M-16, but the AK will work no matter how bad you treat it or how bad the conditions are.  The same cannot be said for the 16.  I’ll take work over and other attribute any day.

Record-High Ratio of Americans in Prison    Quote:  Using updated state-by-state data, the report said 2,319,258 adults were held in U.S. prisons or jails at the start of 2008 - one out of every 99.1 adults, and more than any other country in the world. (snip)

”We’re not incarcerating all the people who commit serious crimes - but we’re also probably incarcerating people who don’t need to be.”  (snip)

The nationwide figures, as of Jan. 1, include 1,596,127 people in state and federal prisons and 723,131 in local jails - a total 2,319,258 out of almost 230 million American adults.

The report said the United States is the world’s incarceration leader, far ahead of more populous China with 1.5 million people behind bars. It said the U.S. also is the leader in inmates per capita (750 per 100,000 people), ahead of Russia (628 per 100,000) and other former Soviet bloc nations which make up the rest of the Top 10.

Like I’ve said many times we can’t maintain this pace indefinitely.  We’re spending billions to keep people locked up when that money could be spent on roads, bridges, etc.  I say its past time to legalize all recreational drugs and tax them.  Then release from prison all of those who are serving time for selling or using recreational drugs.  (Note: In a study released this year more people die by a wide margin from overdoses of legal prescription drugs than they do from the overdoses of illegal drugs)

D.C. Won’t Reinstate Welfare Workers    Government employees don’t do their jobs and people die or are given the run around for months on end.  Visit any local, state, or Fed government agency and you at once feel like you’re intruding upon the employees of the agency.  You get short shift when you ask questions or for help, because you don’t know what forms you’re suppose to have or how to go about filing them.  It’s been my experience that most of those who ‘feed at the government table’ aren’t interested in doing the job they were hired to do.  They are only interested in doing as little as possible while making as much money as they can and in securing benefits and pensions.

Not a Dime’s Worth of Difference     Quote:  On policy matters, there’s not a dime’s worth of difference between Hillary Cliton and Barack Obama.  Somewhere, George Wallace must be smiling about the true saying that he created.

I voted for George Wallace and would vote for the same kind of man today.  Sadly we don’t have that choice these days.  We have either Dem’s and Socialism or RINO’S masquerading as Repub’s and Socialism.  However I believe we don’t deserve better than this because so many of us seem to think that government owes us a ‘posh lifestyle’ and the money to enjoy such a life style.  Ultimately Americans get the government they deserve and we don’t deserve good government, because voters don’t demand good government.

Channel 4 news in Britain: ‘I never thought I’d find myself saying thank God for Drudge’…     Leave it to Yanks to spread the word, we’re good at that.

China may scrap one-child policy…     Might as well its never worked anyway.

NYT: MCCAIN’S BIRTHPLACE IN CANAL ZONE RAISES ELIGIBILITY QUESTIONS…     No it doesn’t and only a fool would say it does.  I don’t like McCain, but what is right is right.

Loss of wind causes Texas power grid emergency…     Yeah lets build more of these noisy eyesores and not build more coal fired plants.  The Eco-watermelons make me sick!  (Want to bet someone will blame the lack of wind on global-warming)

Study Finds Disparity in Civics Classes     If you aren’t passionate about your beliefs and refuse to see the other side because ‘you know they’re wrong’, you aren’t worth your salt.

HPV Vaccine: Why so Unpopular?     Because in the past many drugs that were hailed as ‘wonder drugs’ for this or that were later found to have side-affects that were worse than the condition they were suppose to prevent or treat.  And no one knows what side-affects this drug may have in 5, 10, or 20 years.  You’ll also note that it costs $360 for 3 shots spread over 6 months and that’s the real reason for the push for this drug, money!

Microsoft Internal Emails Show Dismay With Vista     I seem to remember Microsoft ‘outsourcing’ a lot of the development of Vista to an Asian nation.  Guess which one?

House OKs new taxes on big oil companies     And who will ultimately pay for these new taxes?  That’s right the consumer!  The only way to really tax the oil barons is force them spend all profits above a certain percentage on development of oil fields and building new refineries.

SAYING GOODBYE TO MOTHER

SAYING GOODBYE TO MOTHER

We were dressed and ready to go out for the New Years Eve Party. We turned on a night light.  Turned the answering machine on, covered our pet parakeet and put the cat in the backyard.
We phoned the local cab company and requested a taxi. The taxi arrived and we opened the front door to leave the house.  The cat we put out in the yard, scoots back into the house. We didn’t want the cat shut in the house because she always tries to eat the bird.

My wife goes out to the taxi, while I went inside to get the cat. The cat runs upstairs, with me in hot pursuit. Waiting in the cab, my wife doesn’t want the driver to know that the house will be empty for the night. So, she explains to the taxi driver that I will be out soon,

‘He’s just going upstairs to say Goodbye to my mother.’

A few minutes later, I get into the cab. ‘Sorry I took so long,’ I said, as we drove away. ‘That stupid bitch was hiding under the bed. I had to poke her with a coat hanger to get her to come out! She tried to take off, so I grabbed her by the neck. Then, I had to wrap her in a blanket to keep her from scratching me. But it worked! I hauled her fat ass downstairs and threw her out into the back yard!’

The cab driver hit a parked car.

Mayor Rips Plan to Empty FEMA Trailers    The latest chapter in the NOLA soap opera.  The trailers are poison, so the Fed’s want to move people out into other housing.  Now ‘Notorious Nagin’ says that’s unacceptable, but the people can’t stay in the trailers.  “WTF,”  is all I can say.

Gas Prices On Rise Again; May Pass $4 Gallon…       The ‘recession’ is going to take care of oil prices and many other prices as well.  Won’t be nearly the demand for gas and many other things with so many people out of work.

Temperature Monitors Report Worldwide Global Cooling…     Headline after headline says its getting cooler, but the ‘watermelons’ pay no attention and continue to blather on about warming.  You know that I’s sooooo tired of all this I really don’t give a damn any more!

Automated killer robots ‘threat to humanity’…     Ever since these machines first made their debut I’ve been waiting for someone to scream, “The Sky Is Falling!”  As you can see I’ve not been disappointed.

QUAKE, MATE!     Wonder how long it will be before some ‘watermelon’ blames global warming for the earthquake?

UPDATE: Don’t stop taking anti-depressants, doctors urge…     Hell no the doc’s don’t want you to stop taking these drugs!  That would cut into the doc’s and the drug companies profit margins!

German Court Says Computer Data Private     Given the history of Germany just before and during WWII who would have thought that Germany in 2008 would do the right thing and that the US & UK are doing the wrong thing?

Man faked being blind for years to get welfare     Quote:  Shinichi Maruyama’s alleged ruse was given away after police started investigating him when the apparently legally blind man filed a complaint with cops saying that he had been “run over by a red car.”

San Jose Police to Use Sound Weapon     More and more police all across the US aren’t ‘protecting and serving,’ they are terrorizing and coercing.  I trace the start of this unwarranted behavior to the formation of the first ‘SWAT units’.  Once ‘SWAT units’ were formed cops began to act more like a ‘military commando units’ than like cops.  None of this is ‘progress’ as so many seem to believe and this tree will bear bitter fruit in the near future.

Beleaguered Tenn. County Tries to Change    Events in this TN county are a snapshot of what goes on the other counties and parishes all across the US.  Nepotism, graft and ignoring the will of local citizens is an everyday occurrence.  And all of these actions at the local level work here way right up the political food chain to Congress and the office of POTUS.  If the American voters are ever going to take our government its going to have to start at the local level.

UN Urges End to Violence Against Women    This is a small article, however there is not one word in it about the how women are treated under ‘Sharia Law’ or one word about how Islam in general treats women.  This isn’t an omission by chance, this is an omission on purpose because the UN as usual hasn’t got the balls to, ‘tell it like it is and not how some would like it to be’.

Bush Predicts GOP Will Hold White House…     In 2006 I would have said this was impossible.  Today I say the chances of this happening are at least 60-40 in favor of the Repub’s.

Study casts doubt on anti-depressants…     Any time you take drugs that caution you on the possibility of a half a dozen or more serious side affects you’re playing Russian Roulette with five live rounds in your six shooter.  In addition it seems that if you don’t fall victim to the side affects, most of these drugs don’t perform as claimed.

FCC TO ACT ON DELAYING OF BROADBAND TRAFFIC…     We would all been far better off if the Fed’s had never been involved in this issue.  However this issue proves yet again that business, any business can not be relied upon to conduct themselves in a manner that protects and serves their customers.  And that in a nutshell is why there has to be some-sort of oversight of all business by government.  I don’t like it, but facts are facts.

STUDY: Teens losing touch with common cultural, historical references…     This is nothing new.  This all began with the generation that was born during and right after WWII.  IMO, the acceleration of this sort of thing has been a direct result of what is taught in schools/colleges and how it is taught.

UPDATE: Airline Defends Conduct in Woman’s Death…     Well did anyone expect the airline to say, “Yes we screwed this all up and we’re to blame.”

Venezuela Fights Use of English Words…     The French tried this years ago and still do so from time to time, with no success.  As I keep repeating, “As soon as you tell people not to do something, that’s the first thing people will do.”

Junk Science: Looming Lightbulb Liability        I saw this coming as soon as the ‘watermelons’ got their way with light-bulbs.  It’s the same old story of, “Let’s ban something so we can sell something else.  Then when he sh-t-storm starts we’ll ban what replaced the first banned product and sell something else.”

Scientists Predict When World Will End     Time for the ‘chicken littles’ to panic I would say.  The earth only has about 1 billion years of life left that will support human life and 7.6 billion years left in total before the sun swallows it up.

How Your Brain Looks at Race     I’ll tell you how the brain looks at race without the ’sugar coating’.  You’re born white and the first time you see someone who is black, brown, or yellow your brain says ‘different’.  Almost at once your brain also says ‘different = not good’.  People no matter what color they are don’t like ‘different’ as its threating, while ’same’ is comforting and puts people in their ’safe zone’.  Now you’ll have pundits who will say I’m full of dog doo-doo and their research proves different.  Well I’ve been conducting my research for going on 63 years and I’m right and they are wrong.

This house was a steal     Read this article!  I read it and I still have trouble believing what a read.  (You can’t make this stuff up category story)

St. Pat’s Spat Pits Church Vs. Cities    Link http://tinyurl.com/2a4hw6 FOX    Say what?  Since when does any village, city, state or the Fed’s have to abide by teaching’s of any religion.  Shades of the Taliban!

States Dealing With Tough Budget Times    Anyone who has ever budgeted a household knows you can’t spend more than you take in.  Sadly this fact is lost on many states (They just raise taxes) and many private citizens.  (They just go bankrupt)

The Clever Barack Obama Knows What He Is NOT Talking About     Obama is a classic case of ‘Leftist B/S run-amok’.  When you aren’t qualified for the job you have or are seeking and when you don’t have a real plan, ya baffle them with high sounding rhetoric that means nothing.  In other words ya baffle them with B/S and as we’ve seen huge numbers of people eat this B/S up with a spoon and ask for seconds.  (Anyone in the business world or the military can tell you this happens when people are promoted beyond their capacity to do the job, and Obama isn’t qualified to be a city alderman)

Why Illegals Are Self-Deporting in Arizona and Oklahoma     Quote:  According to ”Estimates of the Unauthorized Immigrant Population Residing in the United States: 1990 to 2000; Office of Policy and Planning, U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (1999),” the number of illegal aliens ‘’self deported” in 1999 (the last year for which statistics are available) is 183,000.

183,000 or even 250,000 is a mere bagatelle when you consider we have any where from 20 million to 35 million illegals in the US at any one time and more on the way each day.  This whole hoopla about ’self-deporting illegals’ is akin to the Dutch Boy and the finger in the dike.  (It speaks volumes that we don’t know within a few thousand how many illegals we have in the nation)

EAT UP: Shoppers warned bigger food bills on way…     The ‘Greenies’ should be forced to eat bio-fuels.  If its as good as they say it is it shouldn’t hurt them.

‘The Stealth Muzzie’ done up in traditional Muzzie garb.

Obesity ‘more dangerous than terrorism’…     Feeling frisky from resounding victories over tobacco, ‘The we know what’s best for all’ are now going to tell you what to eat and when to eat it.  (On the face of it this above headline is so ignorant that only the dimmest of 10w bulbs would believe it)

Clinton Turns From Anger to Sarcasm…    Sarcasm is a razor-edge tool that is highly effective if you know how to use it.  Unfortunately for Hillary she hasn’t got a clue.

VIDEO: Farrakhan Sings Obama’s Praises…     This is hardly surprising.  Like to like I always say.

Gutfeld: Why Do People Enlist?     Never being one to shy from anything, I’ll tackle this.

1.  To kill people and break things legally.

2.  To get away and go some place you’ll never get to go otherwise.

3.  You’re tired of the hometown b/s and want to try some military b/s for a change.

4.  You’re wronged in love.

5.  You can’t find any other job.

6.  You like big imposing things.  (Tanks, airplanes, ships, artillery)

7.  You just had a scrape with the law and you’re give a choice.  Enlist or go to jail.

8.  Your parents forbade you to do so.

9.  You have a brother, sister, aunt, uncle, cousin who is already in.

10.  You’re looking for a structured life and want to make a career of it.

Pakistan Blocks YouTube Video Access     Episode # 180,783,666 of the the never ending soap opera featuring ‘Moon-bat Muzzies’ and their hurt feelings.  Stand by for episode # 180,783,667 in this exciting tale of woe.

‘Nothing on the plane works,’ relative says after woman dies on American flight     The reasons ‘not to fly’ just keep piling up, while the ‘reasons to fly’ grow more scant everyday.

Middle Class May Be Subject To Food Rations, Warns UN     Quote:  “The WFP crisis talks come as the body sees the emergence of a “new area of hunger” in developing countries where even middle-class, urban people are being “priced out of the food market” because of rising food prices,” reports the Financial Times.

Saw this one coming when the ‘Greenies’ began to push for bio-fuels.  I say let the ‘Greenies’ eat their bio-fuels.  If its as good as they say it is for internal combustion engines, then it should be able to fuel ‘Greenie B/S’.

Roadside cameras that detect BLOOD will catch lone drivers who abuse car-sharing lanes     Amazing how much money can be spent on new gadgets in an attempt to enforce the unenforceable.  When all that money could have been spent on building/improving roads.  You would have thought that the failure of Prohibition, the lost WOD, and now underground nightclubs springing up that cater to people with a taste for tobacco with their drinks or a bit of S & M and or B & D on the side would have proved that you can’t force people to stop doing something or force them to do something.  However it seems that government who is suppose to be made of the ‘best & brightest’, is in reality make up of the ‘dumbest & most witless’.

The problem I have with foreign tourists in the US is that many of them just won’t go home.  Now while I liked the UK and Ireland I was never tempted to just chuck it all and stay where I didn’t belong.

And we wonder why people are standing in line along the Rio Grand waiting for it to get dark so they can slip into the US.

Shades of Ralph Nader, but I told you this would happen!
